On 13th December 2022 a number of recommendations were made to the Executive in relation to the future of local plan making for North Yorkshire. The recommendations were endorsed by Full Council in February 2023.
The purpose of the report is to:
•Propose a change to Recommendation 5 of the report to the Executive dated 13th December 2022 and subsequent decision at Full Council in respect of the Ryedale Local Plan.
•Set out any other recommended changes in relation to the Development Plan Documents listed under recommendation 5 if necessary.
